Brian Eddinger- Lead Pastor at Crossroads Central Islip

I’m Brian Eddinger and I serve as the pastor at Crossroads Church here at our Central Islip campus. My primary role is to preach and teach the Gospel here on Sunday mornings at 10am. I also lead our Thursday night community group with Pastor Luis at the church at 6:30pm. In January of 2015, my wife and I said to God that we were willing to go wherever He wanted to send us and he has led us here to Long Island. We are excited to see what God has in store for us and for the people here in Central Islip and in New York.

BASIC STUFF:

My wife Cindy and I have been married for 17 years and we have four wonderful children: Haley, Camden, Jessica and Joshua. I was a high school science teacher for 15 years at East Davidson High School in Thomasville, NC until I felt God call me and my family to be missionaries. I have a Bachelor’s degree from N.C. State in Animal Science/Pre- Veterinary Medicine and a Master’s Degree from Gardner-Webb University in Executive Leadership studies. I was ordained in August of 2015 and the first thing I got to do after I was ordained was baptize my daughter!

“Whoever does not carry his own cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple.” Luke 14:27
“But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved Us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:37-39
